All missed appointments will be charged at 50% of the service fee, unless 24 hours' prior notice of cancellation is given. Cancellations made with more than 24 hours' notice will not incur a charge. If an individual arrives late for their appointment for any reason, the charge of the service provided will not be reduced. It is the client’s responsibility to ensure they arrive in adequate time for their appointment. Management reserves the right to refuse treatment to any individual. Aggression and violence towards staff will not be tolerated and may lead to prosecution.
Fairway Physio Ltd endeavours to supply the highest quality products to our patients. In the event of a product being faulty, Fairway Physio Ltd will do their best to replace the product but can not guarantee this. Cases will be assessed by management on an individual basis.
Payments for sports massage packages are unfortunately non-refundable under any circumstance. All purchased packages have a 1-year expiry from the date of purchase. Any massages that have not been used after the expiry date may be lost. It is up to the owner of the package to ensure all sessions are used before the expiry date.
All outstanding payments must be paid within 30 days of the attended appointment. Failure to pay within this time period will incur a further £5 administration charge each month for 3 months. After that time, if payment has not been made, legal proceedings will commence.
