Rob Barker (MCSP)
Clinical Director
Rob is the Clinical Director at Fairway Physio and splits his time between developing the company's services and his love of treating patients. He likes to treat patients with a combination of hands-on therapy skills and progressive exercise rehabilitation that allows patients to move better and perform better than before their injury.

Daphne Barker
Co-director
Daphne is a certified project manager and was responsible for the creation of project documents in the initiation of Fairway Physio. She is responsible for many of the admin duties and making the business run smoothly behind the scenes. She has a PhD in auditory neuroscience and works full-time as a strategic projects officer for Lancaster University, alongside the work she does for Fairway Physio.

Tom Casey (SST)
Sports Therapist
Tom completed a BSc (Hons) degree in Sports Therapy in 2020 at the University of Central Lancashire. During his time at university, he was able to accumulate a vast range of experience from sports therapy settings, including working alongside physiotherapists at Blackpool Football Club, Wigan Warriors, Preston Grasshoppers and Sale Sharks. His degree work was recognised by the University of Central Lancashire, and Tom received a course prize for his outstanding work.

Toby Willan (BASRaT)
Sports Rehab Therapist
Toby has completed a degree in Sports Rehabilitation at The University of Cumbria and is a fully qualified Sports Massage Therapist and Acupuncturist. Toby has worked at Fairway Physio since December 2023 and has covered events such as the 10 marathons in 10 days event held in Brathay in the Lake District.

Sam Bland
Strength & Conditioning Coach / Personal Trainer
Sam is an experienced Strength & Conditioning coach who works within the gym at Fairway Physio to help our clients develop a robust and resilient body following their injury. Sam has also undertaken a Masters Degree in Strength & Conditioning at the University of Central Lancashire as well as a lecturing role in Strength & Conditioning at Myerscough college.
