1:1 Pilates Sessions

Whether you are a complete beginner looking to get started or a seasoned Pilates veteran, our 1:1 Pilates sessions help you get the most from your practice.

These sessions are structured depending on your ability. If you are a beginner we will work on the basics and ensure that you can practice safely and independently at home as well. You will also learn to feel confident to practice your new skills in a class environment.

For more experienced individuals, these 1:1 Pilates sessions focus on ensuring that exercise progressions are performed correctly while challenging your ability.

Coming Soon...Group Pilates Classes

Our small group (up to 8 people) Pilates classes are free of charge to our Physio / Sports Therapy & Rehab clients.

To be eligible for free classes, clients must have attended a Physiotherapy or Sports Therapy & Rehab session within 1-month of the class date. Talk to your therapist about booking a class at your next appointment. Should you complete your clinical treatment sessions and wish to continue with Pilates classes, clients can pay £12 per class to do so.

If you would like to take part in a Pilates class but are not currently attending these appointments at Fairway Physio, we encourage you to book a 1:1 Pilates session (see above) before booking a group class so that we can ensure that you have a level of competency and that you know what is appropriate for you and your injury within a group class setting. Subsequent group classes will be charged at £12 per class.

You can book on to as many classes as you like depending on availability.
