1:1 Pilates Sessions
Whether you are a complete beginner looking to get started or a seasoned Pilates veteran, our 1:1 Pilates sessions help you get the most from your practice.
These sessions are structured depending on your ability. If you are a beginner we will work on the basics and ensure that you can practice safely and independently at home as well. You will feel confident to practice your new skills in a class environment.
For more experienced individuals, these 1:1 Pilates sessions focus on ensuring that exercise progressions are performed correctly while challenging your ability.
Group Pilates Classes
Our small group (up to 8 people) Pilates classes are free of charge to our clients.
Before attending a class, clients must attend a 1:1 Pilates session before so that we can ensure that you are familiar with the basics and have a good understanding on the principles of PIlates.
Following your 1:1 session, Pilates classes are then free to clients attending treatment sessions (within 1 month of the class) to facilitate rehab and improve core stability.
You can book on to as many classes as you like depending on availability.
Should you complete your clinical treatment and wish to continue with Pilates classes, clients can pay £12 per class to do so.
